As a Salesforce Managed Service Consultant, reporting to the Head of Managed Services, you’ll be an integral part of our Support team, working autonomously and in tandem with colleagues to tackle cases. This customer-centric role involves managing a dynamic caseload for a continuously growing base of Silver Softworks customers. Your focus will be on maintaining proactive, mutually advantageous relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

As a Salesforce Managed Service Consultant, your activities will include:
  • Prioritise and organise incoming cases based on urgency and complexity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for case resolution.
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance customer understanding within the Salesforce platform
  • Demonstrating a proactive attitude to take on new challenges, even with little or no prior experience.
  • Staying informed about the latest Salesforce updates and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritise and manage incoming cases for timely resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support cases.
  • Address cases independently and collaboratively within the Service team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for efficient case resolution.
  • Conduct tailored training sessions for client proficiency.
  • Embrace new challenges with adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce updates and industry trends.
  • Manage diverse caseload for expanding clientele.
  • Contribute to team success and organisational excellence.
  • Communicate transparently with clients to manage expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrate a great commitment to exceptional service delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
  • 1-2+ years Salesforce consultancy experience or similar end user experience in a complex environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a particular emphasis on strong communication skills, particularly in a remote work setting.
  • Expertise in creating Salesforce Flows.
  • Additional experience/certifications in Pardot, Marketing Cloud or CPQ are highly desirable, but not mandatory
  • Ambitious, with a drive for growth and success.
  • You are UK based and have the right to work within the UK
