With that we are seeking a Head of Energy Solutions.
With an enhanced look and strategy, their focus is to become the partner of choice for sustainable site solutions through their welfare, energy and environmental solutions. They aim to build on their existing brand identity and align expertise with technology to create stand-alone, credible niche offerings, in addition to an all-encompassing total site solutions package.

The Head of Energy Solutions is a key driver in the companies growth strategy and, as such will have autonomy and accountability for business planning, sales strategy and ultimately the recruitment of a specialist team within 12 months.

Who can create and sell sustainable energy solutions using a consultative approach in line with the business strategy. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of Energy Solutions will support the wider sales team, imparting their knowledge of the sector, and developing technical competence across the sales force and hire desk.
