Role: Operations Support Manager
Location: UK
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week/ 5 days/ Monday- Fridays (9:00 am- 6:00 pm)

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Non-Core Revenue and Systems:

Drive the alignment of Operational Processes across the UK, and support training and future onboarding programmes for new starters.
Engaging with all Scheme Managers and visiting sites across national geography to deliver and execute plans to drive higher non-core revenue from Summer in 2024 and beyond.
Working with relevant parties to complete planning condition changes to cities restricted to students only, for example, Plymouth.
Operational support lead alongside IT for any new system rollout, for example, SAMs
Lead the programme of centralised procurement and SAMS integration to be the primary conduit to ensure the two brands are represented from one central point.
Other Duties:

Coordinate with the Scheme and Regional Managers to best support properties with planned and reactive challenges.
Support and promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency throughout our operations team through regular site visits and audit involvement.
Be responsible for supporting Regional Managers in conducting operational audits to ensure we maintain high standards of operations and health and safety.
Support the National Resi-Life Manager in resident life enhancements and staff training.
Monitoring enquiries and escalated complaints to the Capitol Students and Student Castle head office email and ensuring a positive and swift response.
Driving positive behaviours within our teams to deliver strong sales and KPI performance.
To take on any ad-hoc duties given by the Operations Director from time to time.
