Are you a Product / Propositions professional with experience in financial services?


CORE Talent Solutions is delighted to support our client, an established Life & Pensions firm, growing its headcount, presence and product range in Scotland. The role will join a wider Commercial team, with a focus on managing and developing the firm’s market proposition across savings and life insurance.


Key responsibilities of the Product Development Manager:
Provide technical product input into the development of protection and savings products.
Work closely with colleagues across different teams in IT, Risk, Compliance & Marketing
Ensure products meet legal, regulatory and industry requirements
Lead product development projects.


Key skills or background required for the Product Development Manager:
Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging and building relationships across a financial services business
Experience in a product role, managing product performance and governance in financial services
Knowledge of savings and life insurance products is desirable, but not essential for this role
