Our client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their Estates Team please read on You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
The must haves:
- Proven track record in Corporate Real Estate including managing outsource property consultants.
- Experience managing estate suppliers.
- Experience within property acquisitions, rent reviews, interface with landlords, transactional reporting, management of sub-tenancy estate, management of vacant properties and more.
- Experience working in estates specifically corporate side.
- Experience working as a commercial surveyor
Job Details
- Manage all the properties for all the buildings, sites, data centre in the UK for the client.
- Ensure the acquisition and disposal of commercial property on advantageous terms in accordance with agreed plans.
- Work with the Business to provide Estates advice to influence requirements to achieve best outcomes.
- Proactively challenge costs by ensuring financially beneficial lease renewal settlements, rent reviews, restructuring leases, service charge negotiations and business rates refunds.
- Disposal of properties in accordance with agreed plans.
- Management of the interface between the Business and the external Estates Suppliers.

- This is a contract till 31st December 2024.
- A day rate, in-scope IR35, of £500/550 per day (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
- This role provides a hybrid working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Newbury, twice a week (Mondays and Tuesdays).
