Installation Manager :

Valeanto opens its iron doors to hire a highly skilled and efficient door installation manager ensure that our beautiful iron doors are fitted with perfection.We are a fast growing company with a strong vision for success and highly motivated individuals on board. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team, who will be working unsupervised and be responsible for the end-to-end installation process and acting as a highly skilled professional, who will ensure customers satisfaction upon the completion of a project.

An ideal candidate should have extensive experience with installing iron doors / doors, have good communication skills and commitment to deliver an outstanding customer service. This role captures an exciting opportunity for creating your own country wide team of door installers, that's why we are looking for a person with an initiative and thinking outside of a box. The Door Installer Supervisor will have an opportunity to expand the team, recruit new installers and contribute with ideas on how to improve the customers satisfaction.

About the role:

  • Responsible for liaising with customers regarding door installations and servicing the doors
  • Planning for installations / services / overseeing warehouse
  • Fitting Iron doors and other iron products such as windows and gates;
  • Servicing iron doors ad other iron products such as windows and gates;
  • Overseeing the installation schedule and liaising with the office team on a regular basis.
  • Liaising with customers who reported issues with their doors and ensuring these are being fixed promptly and efficiently;
  • Ideal candidate will be a person who can supervise the team of installers and their schedule

Requirements of the Role:

  • Construction / iron doors installing experience;
  • Packing doors and preparing them for deliveries;
  • Ensuring that correct doors will be dispatched to the customers; attention to details is essential.
  • Ensuring that the warehouse is kept clean and tidy at all times;
  • We are looking for someone who can ensuretop-quality workmanshipand grow the team of installers.
  • Excellent communicator ability to initiate contact and communicate confidently in English;
  • Youre passionate about exceptional service . Being a true brand ambassador, youre confident in presenting and sharing our products with customers. Youre approachable, friendly and thrive for excellence;
  • A positive can-do attitude, an individual who can work well with minimal supervision;
  • Experience in paintwork of the doors will be an advantage;
  • Must have experience in installing doors .
  • Valid drivers licence -as job involves travelling to different locations. Company van will be provided.

Salary Package:

Any extra responsibilities / initiatives are open for negotiation

Permanent role with possibilities of promotion.
