The firm is seeking a seasoned Private Client Lawyer to enhance the existing team's capabilities. The successful candidate will not only support the work of the Partner but will also take the reins of their own caseload, showcasing their expertise in providing strategic legal advice across a spectrum of private client matters.

Responsibilities will include:
- Autonomous oversight and management of a diverse caseload.
- Fostering client relationships and managing expectations to build credibility and trust.
- Supervisory duties, including line management for a small, dedicated team.
- Active participation in business development and marketing initiatives.
- Upholding the firm's commitment to delivering consistently excellent service.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Qualification as a solicitor or a professional equivalent with approximately 5 or more years post-qualification experience.
- A robust understanding of Wills, tax planning, probate, and estate administration.
- Proficiency in trust creation and administration, alongside Court of Protection work.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising team members.
- Competence in IT applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with practical experience in case management systems.
