Position: Project Manager Location: South London Number of Positions: 1 Project Duration: On Going Start Date: ASAP Type of Employment: Permenant Pay Rate: £55k Roles and Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of passive fire protection projects on construction sites. Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule, and quality requirements. Site Supervision: Provide on-site supervision and leadership to a team of technicians and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards for passive fire protection installations. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements. Coordinate deliveries, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of materials used on site. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all passive fire protection installations adhere to relevant codes, standards, and project specifications. Address any non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders. Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and certifications are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
