Procurement Manager

What You'll Bring:
- Strategic Vision: Drive forward strategic change across diverse spend areas, covering both indirect services and direct goods/equipment
- Innovative Thinking: Introduce new ideas to enhance commercial value and modernise procurement's impact
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape procurement strategies in line with broader organisational goals
- Good understanding of pre and post-deal processes and experience in complex supply chain environments
- Flexible Working: Balance remote and office work, with approximately 3 days WFH and 2 days in a modern Berkshire HQ.
- Annual Leave: 26 days increasing to 30 with length of service, plus bank holidays.
- Pension: Contributory pension scheme with a maximum of 12% - 2x employee contribution.
- Healthcare: Personal medical assessments and wider benefits scheme.
