Overview
Location: Warrington
Salary: £11.44 p/h, 38 hours p/w. This role is a 6 month temporary contract.

As a System Administrator, you will play a key role in the company's growth by managing the collection of valuable data to support in areas such as candidate profiling, market analysis, and competitor research.
Responsibilities
- Use external databases and information sources to gather publically available client and candidate information and input into our CRM system.
- Create specific data sets using appropriate tagging systems.
- Build distribution lists specific to business needs, such as position, industry or turnover.
- Gather data for salary surveys.
- Use searching and extracting methods to help build geographical maps of specific requirements.
- Use contact methods and automation to cleanse current data, ensuring the information is as up to date as possible.
- Stay informed on the legal considerations, including the terms and conditions of target websites, to maintain ethical data collection practices.
- Utilise tools and technologies to enhance reach.
- Use innovative methods to extract, qualify and import large data sets quickly.
- Be time efficient and able to work to targets and deadlines.
- Work with our Data Analyst to produce comprehensive candidate profiling, market analysis, and competitor research.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in data processing or database management, input and cleansing.
- Able to work quickly and accurately, with strong attention to detail.
- IT literate.
- Proficiency in using CRM/ ATS software, such as Bullhorn, and navigating LinkedIn, job boards, and databases such as Zoom Info.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
