This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a new, extremely well funded private equity business which is about to embark on exponential investment growth within the logistics/last mile sectors across the UK, Germany and France. You will work alongside the CEO in the analysis and underwriting of all investment transactions across the UK, France and Germany
Conduct market research, feasibility studies and risk asessments to inform investment decisions
Take responsibility for compiling all investment committe reporting, working across the team to assemble all relevant data
Work with the AM team to determine asset level strategies
You will be highly numerate and have significant real estate investment analysis experience. You will be able to comfortably create investment models, build dashboards, incorporating leverage, promote and tax structures
You will have worked closely alongside senior investment focused colleagues and be extremely familiar with the expectations associated with PE reporting
Ideally you will speak French and/or German but this is not a pre-requisite
