Technical Writer We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. This role involves working closely with architects, engineers, business analysts, product managers and product owners to produce high-quality documentation that meets the needs of our users and enhances the overall user experience. The responsibilities Rollout and manage adoption of internal and external Wikipedia style knowledge bases. Create, edit, and maintain a centralised, high quality and consistent set of documentation for software products, including user guides, API documentation, developer guides, release notes, and online help. Organize and manage the documentation library, ensuring documents are easy to find, access, and use. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with the latest software releases and updates. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers, product managers, and customer support, to gather information and understand documentation requirements. Participate in product design and development meetings to stay informed about new features and changes. Write documentation that is clear, concise, and tailored to the target audience, including end-users, developers, and technical staff. Review and edit documentation produced by other team members for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guides.
