Based in our busy Cheltenham office, you will use your experience and contacts to develop the residential team within the area.
We're looking for a confident and well-established Partner to help develop and grow this area with support from the Head of Residential Property and provide a comprehensive conveyancing service to our clients.
Providing clients with high quality, pro-active legal advice which meets client needs
Contributing to the team’s marketing initiatives and building relationships (both internally and externally) in order to raise the firm’s profile in residential conveyancing
Preparation of completion statements, stamp duty land tax forms and dealing with post-completion matters through to registration of title
Have experience in a wide range of conveyancing practices to include sales, purchases, transfers and assents, re-mortgages, new builds, adverse possession, first registrations, shared ownership, leasehold and listed properties
