We have an exciting opportunity for a Legionella Administrator to join a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella company in their West Midlands office. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in logging jobs, entering data onto internal systems, co-ordinating project for Commercial, Industrial, Educational, and Public Sector clients and efficiently scheduling a team of engineers. Will have a proven track record working in an administrative position, ideally within a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Able to communicate efficiently via phone, email, face to face.
" Efficiently co-ordinating water hygiene / legionella projects for a mixed portfolio of clients.
" Scheduling a team of engineers, arranging accommodation when required.
" Receiving reports and proofreading prior to sending to clients.
" Using specific software to create schematic drawings for staff.
" Carrying out general administrative duties including scanning, filing documents, answering / making phone calls, sending emails.

Water Treatment Administrator, Water Hygiene Administrator, Legionella Administrator.
