As a Workday Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of Workday solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique business requirements, configure the Workday platform accordingly, and provide comprehensive training and support throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday implementation.
Configure Workday modules such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Talent Management, and Financial Management to meet client needs.
Design and execute data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition to the Workday platform.
Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations and ensure accuracy and reliability.
Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of Workday solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Stay updated on Workday releases, new features, and best practices to continuously enhance implementation processes and client satisfaction.
Act as a subject matter expert on Workday functionality, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Proficiency in configuring Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, and Talent Management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 5 years’ experience successfully working on Workday implementation
• Experience building and managing an effective Workday ecosystem with a compatible plugin to enhance its effectiveness Effectively work independently, with efficiency in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot and follow initiatives through to completion, with strict deadlines and without loss of attention to detail
Desirable:
• Having multiple Workday certification
• Certified implementer of any other SaaS modules
Functional Competencies:
• Strong working knowledge of multiple P&C systems, specifically Workday core HCM, Recruitment and Talent modules
• Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of the use of metrics., with advanced Excel skills
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work and manage external vendor
