August is a tech enabled company with our own proprietary tech, however, our focus & expertise lie in hospitality & real estate.

August is on the lookout for a recent graduate who is a self-driven and technical individual to join our dedicated Product Team as a Product Associate. We are a Growth stage startup, and we thrive on the dynamic and fast-paced environment that comes with it.

This role offers the flexibility of working both from our London office and remotely, reflecting our hybrid work approach.

Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the user & team experience.
Software Management - maintain new platforms that streamline internal processes, enabling the company to scale efficiently with minimal manual work. This will include automation maintenance & design, and integrations between different softwares in our tech stack.
Support the implementation of improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Innovative: be part of a dynamic team valuing fresh ideas, pushing the boundaries to optimise performance and processes.
Analytical Skills: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
Proficient in Webflow for website management.
Experience in managing internal software platforms.
Bachelor's degree in a technical subject (Mathematics, Computer Science, BIS)
