Secondary School MFL Teacher to start in early June - Bristol Based Hays Education are urgently looking for a Secondary School MFL Teacher to start in early June.Competitive rates of pay.
I am currently looking for a Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to work at a Secondary school less than 30 minutes from Bristol City Centre
To start ASAP
Day to day/ongoing work
Teaching French and/or Spanish at KS3 and KS4
Bristol-based Secondary School
You must have relevant experience working with 11 -16-year-olds within the last 2 years and we must be able to obtain relevant references for this time. You should have a professional manner and a flexible attitude to working and timetable changes. Most importantly, you should be enthusiastic, engaging and passionate about working with young people. Strong behaviour management and the ability to implement schools' behaviour polices is also essential. To be successful, you will be a Qualified Teacher (ECT's welcome to apply) and have recent experience of teaching Modern Foreign Languages (French and/or Spanish) across Key Stage 3 and 4.
Delivering engaging and creative MFL lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in MFL or related field.
Recent experience teaching French and/or Spanish at secondary school level.
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
This is an opportunity to work in a secondary school with over 750 pupils in Bristol. The role is being advertised on a temporary basis but with the potential for this to be a long-term placement for the right candidate. You will be paid a competitive daily wage, based on your experience and the responsibilities of this assignment, plus you will accrue holiday pay with the option to take it at any point of the year.
