Som Purchase Order Specialist ved Kramp bliver du en del af et internationalt team med 14 andre Purchase Order Specialister inden for kategorierne: Forest & Grass Care, Machinery, and Tractor & Vehicle Parts. Du vil blive ansvarlig for dine egne leverandører i kategorien: Tractor & Vehicle Parts. I denne rolle vil du samtidig opbygge relationer med vores andre salgsafdelinger på tværs af hele Kramp.

Dine primære opgaver vil består af:

  • Lede og overse de aktive end-to-end indkøbsprocesser der foregår i Kramp. Det er lige fra at placere, bekræfte og kontrollere status på ordrer i forhold til at opretholde rettidig levering af varerne.

  • Kommunikere og netværke med interne og eksterne stakeholdere, og dermed også være i tæt kontakt med andre salgs- og logistikafdelinger på tværs af landegrænser.

  • Spille en vigtig rolle i at sikre at indkøbsprocessen kører problemfrit, effektivt og i overensstemmelse med organisations operationelle standarder.

  • Du har sans for detaljer, stærke kommunikationsevner og evnen til at navigere leverandørforhold for at sikre deres deltagelse til den overordnede succes i vores supply chain processer.

Om dig:

  • Du har som minimum 2 års erfaring i en lignende rolle eller opgaver.

  • Du er avanceret bruger af Excel – erfaring med AX vil være en fordel.

  • Du opbygger nemt relationer og kommunikerer flydende på dansk og engelsk, både på skrift og i tale.

  • Du er nysgerrig og ambitiøs efter en karriere i en vækstende, international virksomhed.

Arbejdssted & Fleksibilitet:

Det vil være mulighed for at arbejde hjemmefra efter oplæringsperioden. Lidt rejse kan være påkrævet for at samarbejde med teammedlemmer og deltage i events.
