Contracts Manager - Interiors Subcontractor Joinery / Partitioning

* My client is one of London’s leading interior specialist sub-contractors working alongside blue chip contractors on some of the most prestigious landmark commercial office projects in the Central London. They have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to strengthen their contracts team and manage the implementation and delivery of projects on behalf of their clients. Their projects are delivered on a sub-contract basis and include specialist joinery packages and glazed partitioning packages.

You will be responsible for the day to day operations of all aspects of project delivery

* Build good relations with the client and project team

* Management of Site Manager and site teams

* Visit sites at least one day a week

You will ideally have experience working within a Specialist Interior Fit-Out Subcontractor with a proven track record in the installation of packages in areas such as Joinery, Glazed Partitions, Ceilings, Dry wall, etc.

* Can organise and manage the design phase of a project

* Able to collate information from his team to prepare and present the project report.

* Understanding of how to comply with a H&S policy and H&S management system
