Hourly Rate: £12/£13 plus bonus
Job Type: Temporary (3-6 months with potential to become permanent)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximising sales and revenue, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new sales opportunities. Engage with customers over the phone to maximise sales and revenue for the company.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and seize sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening skills.
Work towards and meet sales targets, contributing to team and company goals.
Utilise CRM systems to manage and track customer interactions and sales progress.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategise and improve sales techniques.
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
Target-driven with a strong desire to exceed sales goals and contribute to business growth.
Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in managing sales databases.
Competitive hourly rate of £12/£13 plus performance-related bonus.
Free onsite parking available.
Opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance.
