SAP Employee Central SF Solution Architect – SAP, Employee Central, SuccessFactors, SF, Solution Architect, Architect, Lead Architect, Implementation, Design, Configuration, System Integration, Solution Design, HRIS, HCM, Human Capital Management, Human Resources Information System – London – Hybrid - £85k base + bonus
The Employee Central SF Solution Architect will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions for public sector clients across the UK. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, SuccessFactors technology, and public sector regulations. Security clearance is desirable due to the nature of the projects.

Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution architecture.
Proficiency in integration methods (APIs, middleware, etc.)
Project Management
Proven track record of leading complex HR technology projects.
Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
Understanding of public sector security requirements and data compliance standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related discipline.
SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable.

Define and manage the overall SuccessFactors Employee Central architecture for public sector implementations.
Develop comprehensive systems specifications that promote ease of use, integration, and performance.
Implementation Leadership
Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Ensure alignment with client business goals and regulatory requirements.
Utilize expertise in public sector regulations, policies, and practices to tailor SuccessFactors solutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant security and data protection standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to deliver integrated solutions.
Provide mentorship and support to project team members.
Support security vetting processes for relevant projects.
Location: London hybrid
