Are you passionate about safeguarding critical information assets in a dynamic, global environment? My client is a trusted leader in the semiconductor industry and is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to join their team.

As an Information Security Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and agility of our information assets, systems, services, and facilities. This role will report to information Security Director, you will collaborate closely with the global Information Security Department to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies

What your day will look like:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor enterprise-wide information security programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business priorities and recommend security solutions.
  • Provide leadership to the information security organization and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to raise awareness of security risks and best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest security threats and provide guidance and training to enhance security posture.
  • Assist in managing projects within the global information security program.
  • Lead the response to cyber or information security crises.
  • Conduct regular security reviews to ensure compliance with standards.

Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of five years' experience in implementing information security practices.
  • Degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • Recognized Information Security qualifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP).
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations (NIST, ISO27001, GDPR).
  • Experience in designing and implementing information security solutions, cloud-based environments and building control/compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft operating environments and information system operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership experience in Information Security or IT Audit.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to forge relationships across the organization.
  • Willingness to travel globally as required
