Our client has been in the home improvement industry for more than 50 years. They are Europes largest manufacturer of luxury blinds and shutters, all products are produced in the UK.

This a fantastic opportunity for a Field Sales Executive to join our prestigious client selling bespoke window blinds and shutters via fully qualified and screened appointments.

You will be required to attend fully qualified appointments in peoples homes, conduct a design consultation and where possible close the deal on the day.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will receive:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Potential to earn £50k per annum (realistic)
  • After 6 months with the business a car leasing scheme will be available
  • Regular incentives for teams and individuals
  • A comprehensive 1-week induction training with full support and mentoring in the field from your Area Sales Manager
  • An abundance of highly qualified appointments generated from various sources website, press advertising, nationwide exhibitions, referrals from their 400 partners in the marketplace
  • All point of sale material and demonstration kit
  • Weekly pay via BACs

THIS IS A SELF-EMPLOYED, COMMISSION-ONLY POSITION

Requirements for a Field Sales Executive:

  • Ability to sell high-end products with an audience of high disposable income
  • Thrive on closing new business
  • Great communication skills
  • Attractive personality
  • Passion and flair for achieving sales
  • Ability to work on own initiative and gain referrals
  • Great organisational and planning skills
  • Own a smartphone and laptop, with Windows 7 or above
  • Have a full UK driving licence and a vehicle
  • Available for appointments across daytime, evenings and weekends
  • Be ethical with a high level of personal presentation
