We are seeking a passionate and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to join our dedicated team. This full-time, long-term role involves working closely with students who are non-verbal and have complex needs related to ASD. As an SEN-TA, you will play a crucial role in supporting these students, helping them to engage with their education and achieve their personal and academic goals. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children with special educational needs and is looking for a fulfilling and rewarding position.
Relevant qualifications and experience in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, particularly non-verbal children.
• A compassionate and patient approach to working with children with special educational needs.
• Experience with individualised education plans (IEPs) and implementing specific support strategies.
Implement and adapt individualised education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
