As a General Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our water site projects. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety standards are met, and managing a team of skilled workers to deliver projects on time and within budget. Coordinate and supervise the activities of site personnel, including subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operators.
Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the planning and scheduling of project tasks and resources.
Provide training and mentoring to site staff, promoting professional development and a positive work culture.Proven experience as a General Foreman or similar role in water site or civil engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices specific to water infrastructure.
Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
Relevant certifications and licenses, such as CSCS, SMSTS, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
