Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated Interim Maintenance Manager for a role based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will lead a team of maintenance engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory standards and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work.
Lead a team of maintenance engineers responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Oversee the schedules for preventive maintenance and calibration across the site.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Manage and improve the work order management system to ensure maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
Previous experience in a maintenance or engineering management role.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Familiarity with working in a regulated Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical environment.
