We have an exciting opportunity for a People Development Coordinator to join our Learning and Development Team who sit within the People directorate here at The London Clinic. This role is based at our head office in London (NW1 4LJ) on a hybrid working model, and we are offering a competitive inclusive salary of £32,000 on a 12-month FTC. Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UK's largest private hospitals, with 8 state-of-the-art facilities, and circa 1350 employees where we are dedicated to providing our patients with expert, individualised treatment and care. Our main hospital spans 8 floors comprising of 150+ patient beds and 10 operating theatres, including a Hybrid theatre and two minimally invasive/day surgery theatres. Speciality areas include, General surgery; ENT; Gynaecology; Neuro-spinal; Orthopaedic; Plastic and reconstructive; Robotic; Urology; Vascular & Weight loss surgery (bariatric surgery).
This role will provide administrative support to the People Development function; coordinating all learning and development activities, administering the Learning Management System, supporting with departmental projects and acting as a first point of contact for the team.

Mon - Fri within the core hours of 9am - 5.30pm.
Contract: 12 month FTC

add new starters, update employee changes, add courses, update the catalogue, create curriculums, update content, record attendance, assign training etc.
Act as first point of contact for the People Development team; Coordination of all training; Provide day-to-day administrative support for all members of the People Development team and assist with departmental projects
Produce weekly reports on training compliance through use of LMS reporting functionality and MS Excel
Provide regular communications to promote the People Development function, our training offering, etc. Strong understanding of Learning & Development
MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
Experience using Corner Stone or the ability to demonstrate experience in working on new systems
Innovative thinking and creative problem solving
Exceptional planning and organisational skills with the ability to flexibly adapt to change
