Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence. You will have the opportunity to shape our strategic direction, enhance our brand visibility, and significantly contribute to our revenue targets. As part of our leadership team, you will also have the chance to gain share options, reflecting your contribution to the company's success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, driving them to exceed sales goals.
  • Marketing Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Oversee digital marketing, content creation, and promotional activities.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CCTV and telematics markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics. Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team to align offerings with market demand and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably within the technology, CCTV, or telematics industries.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Experience in managing and developing a sales force.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and performance metrics.
