Our client is a reputable insurance law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting a 5-10 PQE Healthcare Solicitor with strong large loss and/or clinical negligence experience. The firm offers a competitive salary, hybrid working and clear progression opportunities.
This Healthcare Solicitor position will see you handle your own caseload of defendant litigated and pre-litigtaed clinical negligence and large loss files on behalf of insurer clients. Along with your own caseload, you will be asked to assist partners on higher-value complex claims where required. This role will see you responsible for forensic review/analysis of relevant court documents where you will be asked to assess liability, quantum and causation.
Strong experience of large loss and/or clinical negligence claims is essential. Experience of litigation in the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court is essential.
You can expect a full and interesting caseload along with a competitive salary and hybrid working structure.
