  • Ensure high-quality results in molecular biology techniques (qPCR, ddPCR, NGS) and additional methods (flow cytometry, ELISA, cell-based assays).
  • Independently plan, execute, and interpret analytical tasks for batch release, stability, method validation, and development.
  • Handle various biopharmaceuticals and adapt to new techniques.
  • Collaborate with teams to solve problems and maintain commercial awareness.
  • Build effective relationships for information exchange.

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Biology/Chemistry or related discipline.
  • Proficiency in mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, or ELISA advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, strong problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Clear communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures, laboratory standards, and quality systems.
