Our delightful veterinary practice in Blackheath, London enjoys an excellent reputation within the group and local community. You can reach us by train, DLR or road and we offer free onsite parking.
We are lucky to have a very varied caseload including cats, dogs, rabbits and small furries Our practice also benefits from one vet working towards their certificate in small animal surgery and another going through an Advanced practitioner status in small animal medicine. Our modern, well-equipped practice is purpose built to industry leading standards and has digital X-ray, ultrasound, lab and pharmacy facilities. You will be joining a team of 2 full time Vets, 1 part time Vet, 2 RVNs, 3 Student Veterinary Nurses and 3 Veterinary Care Assistants.
You will be confident with all routine medical and surgical cases. We are very proud of the service we provide to our clients and have received lots of positive feedback including "best vets ever" and "lovely team who were very helpful" therefore you will also need to enjoy the relationship building side of the role.
We are looking for a full time Vet to join us, offering 40 hours per week with a weekend rota of 1 in 3 Saturdays. You will have sole charge responsibility on occasion but no OOH ensuring a healthy work/life balance.
