Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

  • Location: Central London (hybrid)
  • Sector: Hospitality
  • Salary: up to £65k
We are delighted to be supporting our long-standing client in the search of the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. This is a newly created position and we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the successful group of restaurants. This role will play a critical part in driving strategic decision-making and ensuring the financial sustainability and growth of the organization.

  • Financial Planning and Budgeting
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
  • Strategic Planning and Decision Support
  • Forecasting and Cash Flow Management
  • Financial Performance Metrics
Candidate Profile
  • Qualified accountant with a recognised professional body.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial planning software.
