Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and experiences, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user journeys. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and clients, to ensure our solutions are visually appealing and functionally robust.
Lead the UI/UX design process for SAP SuccessFactors projects, from initial concept through to final implementation.
Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and present design concepts.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and seamless user experiences.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and iterate on designs.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience designing for enterprise software, particularly HR solutions, is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
