Digital Marketing Specialist // Cancer Diagnostics // Guildford

Are you a creative and analytical digital marketing enthusiast ready to make a real impact? Imagine taking a well-known product and building out a powerful brand for an innovative cancer diagnostics company.

This company are currently in the process of moving their marketing efforts in-house, giving you the unique opportunity to shape our brand from the ground up. You'll have the creative autonomy to influence strategy and execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement.

Your Mission

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be playing a crucial role in developing and delivering effective digital marketing campaigns. Your work will help shape a cohesive brand that stands out in the market.

What You’ll Do

  • Influence and Implement Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with their goals.

  • Manage Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media, search engines, display networks, and email marketing.

  • Social Media Management: Curate engaging content, manage accounts, and analyze metrics to drive engagement.

  • Content Creation: Develop SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and landing pages, ensuring alignment with our brand's messaging and tone.

  • SEO Optimization: Improve our organic search engine rankings and drive traffic to our website.

  • Email Marketing: Design and execute compelling email marketing campaigns.

  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, extract actionable insights, and prepare reports.

  • Conversion Rate Optimisation: Work with UX/UI designers and web developers to improve website conversion rates.

  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

  • Collaborate: Work with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and achieve our goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education and Experience: Professional Marketing qualification (e.g., Bachelors, CIM) or equivalent.

  • Tools Knowledge: Experience with marketing/CRM suites (ZOHO preferred) and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools).

  • Content Creation: Skilled in delivering compelling content across various platforms.

  • Organisational Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Team Player: Strong independence and ability to integrate into a team.

  • Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
