This is a full-time hybrid role for a Residential Building Surveyor at WBC Group. The Surveyor will be responsible for production of level 2 Homebuyers and Level 3 Full Building Surveys. Some remote work is acceptable, and the role will require some travel to Wiltshire, Bath and Bristol Etc. The right candidate will get opportunities to train other skills such as party wall, defect analysis, CDM Principal Designer and Contract Administration.

Building Pathology Skills
Knowledge of building regulations and construction techniques
Knowledge of Residential Building Techniques
Working Drawings and Construction Drawings skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD software
Bachelor's degree or SAVA qualification
