Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) - Harrogate , North Yorkshire - Up to £54,900 per annum Location: Harrogate , North Yorkshire Position: Clinical Lead RGN / RMN / RNLD Care Categories: Elderly care , younger adults with physical disabilities, Negotiable Salary: £24p/h per hour Hours: Full time - 44 hours a week Flexible Shifts: Mixture of Days and Nights Contract type: Permanent Company & Home Information: Right now, we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD to develop their nursing career at our home located in Harrogate, North Yorkshire Our care home offers personalised elderly nursing care to vulnerable elderly people as well younger adults with physical disabilities, We are looking for a Registered nurse RGN / RGN or RNLD to come and join as part of our management team as a Clinical Lead Nurse. Requirements : Full eligibility to work an live in the UK Previous leadership experience At least 2 years' experience working in a similar role or working in a nursing home as a Registered Nurse Job Role: Providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues. Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses and shadow shifts before nurses get started. Nurses will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home. Nurses will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills with ongoing support from the manager. Training and development are one of the major ethos' of the Care Home. There are no limits to training and development as the Care Home will fund any training course you would like to do that is relevant to your job role.
