Location: London & Home counties – Hemel Hempstead shopping centre.
The role is to support our client at their shopping centres in Hemel Hempstead delivering both PPM and reactive support to the centre MEP assets along with minor fabric repairs and supporting their inclusive team ethos.
Operate and maintain all MEP systems within the shopping centre in a competent, and confident manner (including mechanical isolations/operations). Ensure that Specialist Vendors service visits are completed efficiently, and quality of work has been inspected and recommendations are communicated to the duty FM team and Account Manager.
Accountable for the compliance with MEP process and procedures when undertaking all relevant work orders, ensuring risk management documentation (SOP or EOP) is in place for all works undertaken.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in MEP environments in a mechanical or multi skilled bias.
Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar.
C&G Pts or equivalent or exceeds.
BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing and certification. (A bonus).
Have good IT and report writing skills.
Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
Overtime x1.5 on weekday and x 2 on weekends
