Job Description

Insite Recruitment are recruiting for a Resourcer for our busy Recruitment team in our brand new Hemel Hempstead office. As a Resourcer, you'll be joining a highly motivated and driven sales team supporting the Billing Manager's with the delivery of candidates.

This role will give you the opportunity to process new candidates every day and work closely with the Billing Manager's to fill the new jobs we get everyday. We are seeking someone who has some kind of understanding of Recruitment, so this role would suit someone who's had around 6-12 months experience within Recruitment. Perhaps you may have previous experience as a consultant but feel like the sales side isn't suited to you? Then this role could suit you perfectly if you are diligent, switched on and results driven.

The Roles & Responsibilities for this role will be & not limited to:

  • Call & qualify candidates for live roles, future roles & discover passive talent
  • Contact candidates by calling, text, email, Linkedin
  • Identify suitable candidates for specific roles
  • Understand a job spec & write adverts for current roles to attract new talent
  • Maintain relationships with candidates & regularly check in to identify job leads/keep a relationship
  • Work closely with the Billing Managers & be able to understand the specifics around what they need for a role
  • Write representation emails for candidates
  • Use job boards to source new talent & create alerts to target talent as soon as they are available

  • The ideal candidate for this role will Have 6-12 months experience within a Recruitment background whether that be as a Consultant or a Resourcer
  • Have experience on an internal CRM system (e.g Bullhorn)
  • Experience with using some kind of job board system (Sourcebreaker is ideal)
  • Intelligent & switched on
  • Results driven (doesn't need to be overly sales focused, but wanting to complete a task given to them)
  • GCSE's in Maths & English
  • Confident, diligent and organised
  • Able to work with a close knit confident team
