Job Description IT Trainer

My client is a prestigious law firm renowned for their excellence in legal services and commitment to placing technology at the forefront of their operations. They are seeking a skilled IT Trainer with expertise in Case Management and Document Management Systems to join their team. As their IT Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that their legal professionals are proficient in utilising technology to optimise case management workflows and document handling processes.

Develop and deliver training programs on Case Management and Document Management Systems tailored to the needs of legal professionals.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in person and virtually.
Create training materials such as manuals, guides, and presentations.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to legal staff on system functionalities and best practices.
Collaborate with IT and legal teams to identify training needs and develop training plans.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in legal technology to incorporate into training programs.

Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role, preferably within a law firm or legal environment.
Must be proficient in Office 365 and Windows systems.
Experience in developing training materials and conducting engaging training sessions.
Certified Legal Technology Professional) are a plus.
