JOB ROLE: Training Administrator

COMPANY: Training provider

JOB TYPE: Full time, 12 month fixed term contract

HOURS: 09.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday (2/3 days in the office)

LOCATION: Nearest Tube: Oval

C ULTURE: Professional, busy and friendly.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Provide administrative support to trainers and delegates of training sessions
  • Be on hand for regular virtual training sessions
  • Document production - branding, printing and delivering to attendees
  • Sending out certificates of completion/qualifications
  • General Office Support

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Previous Administrative experience working independently in an administrative role, meeting tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking ability (and able to provide examples)
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Degree-educated (if the candidate does not have a degree, they must be able to demonstrate their experience fulfilling a similar role) *Or Equivalent
