We currently manage 400,000 sqft of hospitality focused coworking, event, and exclusive club spaces for over 3000 members. We operate across the UK, with offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes with plans to launch more sites in 2024.

The role:

Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be pivotal to the success of our London Sales Team. Responsible for all private office sales tours and negotiations, you will work closely with our site teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and support to maximize conversions. You will engage brokers and foster those relationships, while driving lead generation strategies to ensure occupancy rates are met across multiple sites.

The bit about you:

You show up every day with energy and ambition, determined to create impact. You thrive of connection and proactively build authentic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Highly commercial, you are always on the lookout for new opportunities and can confidently utilize a range of strategies to identify prospective clients, such as attending industry events, harnessing social media and networking. With an exceptional track record (which you can’t wait to share with us), you will have between 2-4 years’ experience, working in a similar role within the coworking sector or direct sales environment.
