On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Finance Performance Manager for a 12 Month Day Rate Contract based in Marylebone, London . Please note this is a Hybrid Working Model with 2/3 Days per week office presence.
Reporting to the FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodity) Manager in the team, the Global Macro Finance Performance Manager works closely with the COOs/Business Managers of this activity and is responsible for the reporting and analysis of the monthly performance indicators for his/her business activities as well as the elaboration of the budget for his/her business activities.
Providing financial reporting, value-added analysis and commentary on a monthly basis for Global Markets activities
Allocating financial accounting information into management accounting (profitability and cost allocation by Business Line) following the Global Finance guidelines and processes
Establishing a consistent collaboration with internal clients, like Local and Regional Heads of Business Lines, COOs and Central Functions
Following-up on profitability and risk indicators (volumes/provisions) in line with Group Finance criteria and business needs
Overall ongoing collaboration with the business in the improvement of management reporting procedures, to ensure data quality and respect of timelines.
Good experience in Finance department in a global financial services company
Knowledge of accounting principles - business concepts related to banking industry
Management Accounting/Performance Management experience in Banking Industry
Strong Microsoft Excel Skill and Office Tools
Drive for results, delivering high quality work
This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
