We are specialists in the construction & engineering sector. We are a leading service provider in Ireland, UK, Europe, and Middle East for professional recruitment services. Oradeo is currently seeking Site Foremen for a Large Data Centre Project with a main contractor.

Experience with Data Centres
Experience in site supervision of projects from design stage to completion

Lead multiple project teams throughout projects
Manage the project compliance of company and current health & safety legislation
Supporting the project management & control of contract costs & variations with regular reporting of cost projections & status to the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Finance Controller
Management & assessment of subcontractor's quality of work & their ability to maintain scope programme
Management of programme risk & experience of early interaction with design teams to ensure design deliverable dates & details are achieved
Maintain an excellent relationship with the management team, subcontractors, and clients
Planning/scheduling of works
Must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
IT fluency and familiar with MS packages and MS Project (or similar scheduling packages)
Partner with the Senior Leadership Team and represent the Projects function during relevant meetings

Experience in a construction related field coupled with, 5 years in a Site foreman role with a recognised construction main contractor/sub-contractor
Proven record of delivering large scale Commercial, Industrial or Pharmaceutical projects
Proven ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally with the confidence to influence key stakeholders to drive the Installation strategy forward
Demonstrates strong commercial savvy with an electrical/electronic background is highly desirable
