About Our Client

This company based in Basingstoke provide a range of property solutions to customers across the country.

Job Description

The Legal Advisor- Plot Sales role based in Basingstoke will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Undertake conveyancing transactions for a range of properties including; New build, plot sales and shared ownership sales
  • Disposal of existing properties
  • Preparing and issuing documents such as contracts, transfers and shared ownership leases
  • Liaising with third parties such as buyers' solicitors and estate agents in order to progress sale transactions
  • Providing updates to the Sales and Development Teams
  • Reviewing draft conveyance plans
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Administrative activities to support the team

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Legal Advisor- Plot Sales role will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of dealing with plot sales transactions in previous roles
  • Experience/knowledge of shared ownership would be an advantage
  • Be able to work independently
  • Have excellent attention to detail

This is a Fixed Term contract for an initial period of 6 months.

Hybrid working in available- 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
