Requirements for an SEN Teacher: To join our exceptional team, you must possess the following qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Proven experience with ASD and Complex Needs. Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with students with additional needs. Creative teaching approaches - utilizing innovative techniques to engage students and foster their personal and academic growth. Collaborative nature, and the ability to work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team. Strong communication skills, with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to education.
