# You are responsible to ensure accurate and completion of all statutory and company paperwork including compliance in Health & Safety, Food Hygiene; Identify the root cause of issues promptly ensuring you work to continuously improve, and impress, you will work with appropriate parties to address matters and escalate when needed to ensure minimal interference with trade and customer experience
# Support the stock controller to ensure adequate stock levels and assist with stock taking and wastage levels
# Work with the Catering Manager to drive sales growth without compromising quality or margins. Know your numbers and consider all catering-related costs in line with Company targets
# Assist the Catering Manager with rota planning including scheduling, recruitment, absence and holiday management to meet customer needs, as well as reporting any issues on hours or budgets to the Operations Manager.
# Support the Service Leaders with delivery of the learning journey and any training, including new products or processes and engagement reviews. Level 2 Food Safety
Experience of working in a high volume catering operation
Experience of financial controls within a kitchen operation including sales, stock management, wastage controls
