Are you passionate about supporting children and families? Coventry is one of the 75 Local Authorities in England who has been selected to deliver services to children and families through the Family Hubs and Start for Life Programme 2022- 2025 with a aim to help improve health and education outcomes for babies, children and their families.
You will take an active role working with partner organisations, local communities and residents to achieve the best outcomes for children and families. You will be responsible for providing a parenting support offer within a family hub locality, that enables parents to access information, advice, guidance and support at the right time, promoting universal open access parenting support as well as connecting families to targeted evidenced based parenting interventions
This is a fixed term contract until March 2025
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).


Connect parents/carers to available parenting support within their local area that best meets their needs.
Work in partnership with local services with an aim that parents/carers receive the right help at the right time.
Work with families from diverse backgrounds in a variety of environments including accessible community venues.
Contribute and be inclusive in creating a dynamic new Family Hub Team
