The ECT: Completed a PGCE with Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) by September 2024. At least a bachelor’s degree in education, or a related subject. A dedication to improving the progress and attainment of KS1 pupils. It is essential in this KS1 ECT role, that you build strong relationships with both children and staff; to achieve this, you will enthusiastically partake in activities with the wider school community.
