You will be joining a main contractor working on water schemes predominantly in the East Midlands area. As Contracts Manager, you will be based in their Derbyshire office and be responsible for, but not limited to:
Overseeing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring works are completed on time and to expected quality and budget.
Overseeing contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluating contractor performance and tracking KPIs.
Ensuring project programmes are adhered to as well as quality standards by contractors and suppliers.

As Contracts Manager, you will be based in their Derbyshire office and be responsible for, but not limited to:
Overseeing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring works are completed on time and to expected quality and budget.
Overseeing contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluating contractor performance and tracking KPIs.
Ensuring project programmes are adhered to as well as quality standards by contractors and suppliers.
In order to be successful, you must have proven successful experience of managing sites within the water industry and have good working knowledge of NEC3 form of contracts. Finally, you will have sound communication skills and good commercial awareness.
