Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for your next exciting role? We are looking for a site based Property Manager to join our ever-expanding team

The role of Property Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the prestigious Marine Court in St Leonards on Sea, and is a site based role with dedicated office facilities.

Real opportunities to grow and progress.To effectively manage the relationship with the customer including responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders, reporting to clients regularly regarding management of development and attending meetings with customers and clients as required.
Ensuring Customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
To liaise with our Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of the development.
To ensure all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost effective.
At least 2 years’ experience in the residential property management sector.
Must have a full UK driving license.
Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.
Previous experience of contract management.
